575-mile bike ride raises over $105,000 for South Asia child development centers
The message came from Bangladesh early one morning, sent for a man on a bicycle in the Blue Ridge mountains of Virginia: "Today, 2,000 children are praying for you." For David Argabright, it was one of many miracles that accompanied him on the 575-mile ride in June. (slideshow) read more

General Assembly resolutions web site now available
The 2009 General Assembly commissioned the Manual Editing Committee to work on any resolutions which were adopted and/or amended and adopted. Though the language/updates will not be official until this committee's assignment is complete, a resolutions web site is now accessible to all persons. read more

David Busic has been elected to the Church of the Nazarene's General Board, filling the vacancy left when Stan Toler was elected general superintendent. read more

A new space for youth ministry training
At the 2009 Global Nazarene Youth International Convention, a new online training initiative known as Youth Ministry Academy was launched. This new web site enables youth workers from around the world to share their best practices, as well as download many free resources. read more

Denver, Colorado, First Church of the Nazarene recently announced Shawn Siegfreid has accepted the position of lead pastor. His assignment begins with an official installation service on October 17. He replaces Tim Stearman, who retired February 1. read more

On the heels of being a part of the best season in the history of the Mount Vernon Nazarene University men's soccer program, junior-to-be Cody Snouffer was able to combine his love of soccer with his servant's heart.
