Dominican Republic Oriental District honors 100 years
Nazarenes in the Dominican Republic joined with 150 additional world areas in celebrating 100 years of holiness for the Church of the Nazarene's Centennial. "It was a good time," said Pastor Miguel Yuden. "We prayed, worshiped, danced, and preached the Word of God. It was impacting." (Slideshow)

The Seminary of the Southern Cone in Pilar, Argentina, recently awarded 20 degrees to students studying theology and advanced church growth. Seminary Director Jorge Julca also had the opportunity to award the first Howerthon Scholarship.

Whether you are planning to attend the 27th General Assembly and Conventions or not, your help is needed to collect new or like-new shawls. These will be given to the international guests to use while in Orlando to keep warm in the convention center.

Recycling gets an upgrade at MVNU
Alum Steve Sargent and MVNU Facilities Management and Campus Safety Director Denny Taylor recently got their heads together to develop a better way of recycling at MVNU. It's called "single-stream" recycling, and the campus has just come through its first semester utilizing this process.
