A Two-Act Play About the Second Gospel and Its Author

About This Product To many church and Sunday School attenders, Biblical characters are lost in a sea of history. Not so with those found in Jeannette Clift George's lyrical play, Bookmark. Originally written for The A.D. Players of Houston, Mark and his twenty colleagues make the second Gospel and its author real people. The 21 characters in this play are usually played by five actors. While there are a few Biblical characters, the script tells Mark's story through fictional characters as well. Set Requirements: An architectural-unit set that provides multiple playing locations. Cast: 3 male, 2 female (playing 21 characters) Performance Time: 90 minutes. Topics: Biography, Discipleship, Easter, Jesus Skill: Easy Suggested Use: Full-length drama relating to the Gospel message and including the Easter story.
