Warren Bird, PhD, is vice president of research for the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). He was previously the director of research for Leadership Network for twelve years. He has collaboratively authored or coauthored more than thirty books for ministry leaders. Warren is an ordained minister through the Christian and Missionary Alliance, having served as a church planter, associate pastor, and lead pastor, as well as long-time adjunct seminary professor.

Dale Galloway has achieved international recognition as a pastor, teacher, and mentor. He is a popular speaker who has a history and a heart for training pastors. He has pastored four churches and written 22 books. Dale graduated from Olivet Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary and earned his doctorate from Western Evangelical Seminary. He and his wife live in Phoenix.
