Who is Beacon Hill Press of Kansas City?

Beacon Hill Press of Kansas City has been meeting the needs of the Christian community for over 90 years by publishing books with a Wesleyan perspective. Beacon Hill specializes in three genres of books: Ministerial Resources, Spiritual Formation and Christian Care.

Ministry Resources - Beacon Hill publishes books designed to help the local church pastor and the local congregation grow, worship and conduct administration in a more effective manner. Included in the ministry resources are the popular Lifestream products, Insight Media Series, The Centennial Initiative Textbooks, The New Beacon Bible Commentary plus numerous other resources including small group studies, Bible studies, discipleship, stewardship and theological helps.

Spiritual Formation - Beacon Hill publishes books designed to help laypeople grow in their every day faith walk with Christ. From practical areas such as devotion and inspiration to Bible studies, books are designed to increase knowledge, give guidance, and provide encouragement for all believers as they deepen their faith.

Christian Care - Beacon Hill publishes hard-hitting felt-needs that are redemptive in nature and deal with the obstacles each of us face in life. With topics such as grief, sexual addiction, domestic violence, single parenting, special-needs children, divorce, adultery, abuse, and childhood pain, Beacon Hill strives to bring to bear the redemptive nature of Christ in the everyday areas and problems of our lives. The motto for Beacon Hill's Christian Care is "Life is tough, our books can help."
