Celebrating a Cape Verdean Centennial
One hundred years ago, 10 jagged, inhospitable rocks jutting out of the Atlantic Ocean became the second mission field in the history of the Church of the Nazarene. Now representing the largest Protestant denomination in the country, Nazarenes in Cape Verde celebrate not only their centennial but also the work of the Holy Spirit that they have been instrumental in spreading beyond their tiny islands all over the world.
