His specialty is in Church Master Planning and Architectural Design, with a primary focus on the design of church facilities for smaller congregations. Dean has a specific passion for the growth of NewStart and multicultural congregations. He is a member of the Nazarene Building Professionals (NBP) and served as President of the NBP from 2001-2005.
