In 2004, he concluded a 15-year position as the Regional Director of the denomination's Eurasia Region. Previously, he served as professor of missions at Trevecca Nazarene University and Nazarene Theological Seminary, pastored in California, and worked as the coordinator of Urban and Ethnic Ministries for North America.
